The Iranian Community of Artists Supports Prince Reza Pahlavi

The People Cry Out, the Artists Listen

Hundreds of Iranian artists and intellectuals support Prince Reza Pahlavi in his role as a unifying figure for a transition of power in Iran through a democratic referendum.

Today’s Iran is a starting point for the entire world to reconsider its ideas, ideologies, and priorities. We no longer follow clichés or rigid ideologies. We preserve our freedom and our free will. We simply reflect the voice of the Iranian people.

Nothing is more powerful than a people’s struggle against a dictatorial and theocratic regime. We support and defend this noble struggle and its strong movement toward a free, democratic, and secular Iran.

To carry forward this struggle, we stand alongside our people in supporting Prince Reza Pahlavi, who for several decades has demonstrated his unconditional love for Iran, together with his courage and his openness toward others.

When it comes to the freedom of a people, our personal ideologies are not the priority.

Attached are the signatures of several artists, intellectuals, and representatives of artistic and cultural associations.
